By downloading, installing, or using the MatchFX app you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

MatchFX is a sports game organising platform that allows users to find venues, organise games, and join games organised by other players. MatchFX is operated by Fahad Ahmed, based in London, United Kingdom.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MatchFX. By using the App you confirm that you are 13 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be under 13.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. One account per person is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Organisers are responsible for ensuring the venue is booked and available before creating a game on MatchFX. MatchFX deducts a commission of 3% plus £0.15 per player payment before transferring funds to the organiser. Pro subscribers benefit from a reduced commission rate of 2% plus £0.10 per player payment instead of the standard rate. Organiser payouts are processed 7 days after the game date, subject to no disputes being raised.

Players join games by paying the cost per player from their in-app wallet. Payment is deducted immediately upon joining a game. By joining a game you agree to attend. Repeated no-shows will affect your star rating.

The in-app wallet is powered by Stripe. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. MatchFX does not store your full card details. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

Before game starts: Each game has its own refund policy, set by the organiser, which is shown on the game page before you join. This may be a full refund window of 6, 24, or 48 hours before the scheduled start time, or the organiser may choose not to offer refunds for leaving. Your refund terms are locked in at the time you join and will not be affected by later changes the organiser makes to the game's policy. After game starts: No refunds are available once the game has begun. Organiser cancellation: If an organiser cancels a game, all players receive a full automatic refund within 48 hours, regardless of the game's leave-refund policy. Each user has a star rating calculated based on attendance history. Repeated no-shows will negatively affect your star rating. Users with a consistently low star rating may be restricted from joining certain games.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, harass or harm other users, post false or misleading information, create multiple accounts, or use the App to facilitate any illegal activity under UK law.

MatchFX is a platform connecting organisers and players. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user during a game. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any game organised through the App.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
